DELIVERY

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you’ve paid. If you pay via bank transfer or cash deposit you can send us proof of payment to speed up your delivery.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take up to 3 days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 5 days. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you wish to get a more exact estimate.

Deliveries are not insured so please request a quote if insurance is required.

LOCAL DELIVERY (Western Cape):

Shipping to Cape Town will be free of charge for all orders above R 350. Any orders below the minimum required value for Cape Town will incur a delivery charge of R50 upon checkout.

NATIONAL DELIVERY (South Africa)

Shipping within South Africa to major centres will be free of charge for orders over R1,000. Any orders below the minimum required value for other major centres will incur a delivery charge of R150 upon checkout.

Major centres include Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Kimberley, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth, East London and George.

Regional (+/- 100km from major centres) and Remote (greater than 200km for major centres) areas, out of the ordinary and volumetric based mass products may incur additional charges depending on the area – we will notify you of the applicable charges, should they apply to you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Hey Ocean Trader, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us subject to the below terms. As we represent a diverse basket of Brands and products, the warranties and claim procedures may differ, but all will have the same goal… a happy Customer.

Ocean Trade Supplies will offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unridden or unworn and in the original packaging, all labels attached and in a resalable condition.

Please contact us by emailing info@oceantradesupplies.co.za. We will only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are returned to us within 7 days of receipt within the Republic of South Africa and 14 days of International receipt. Any items returned from a delivery address outside of the Republic of South Africa will incur the relevant taxes, import duties or shipping charges that apply.

Certain parts of this Policy do not apply to Discounted Deals or Demo products. Demo Deals are returned or used products that are offered for sale at discounted prices, because their original packaging is damaged, unsealed or missing, or the products show signs of use or testing.

Should a product be used, damaged or needing repair due to fair ware and tare, Ocean Trade Supplies will endeavour to have the product repaired and returned as economically as possible.

This Policy applies to products bought from Ocean Trade Supplies itself or from represented Third Party Sellers.

If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Ocean Trade Supplies for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
