Designed to let sound in while keeping water out, utilizing unique acoustic mesh specifically developed to block out water, cold air, dirt and bacteria and elements that are known to create common issues like ear inflammation or bone growth in the ear canal known as surfer’s ear.

The core of SurfEars 4.0 is made with 91% post-consumer recycled plastic including material taken up from from the ocean.
Designed for minimal impact, SurfEars 4.0 storage case is partly made with repurposed silicone rubber.
Introducing our new Fused Core & Mesh, we’ve completely re-engineered the foundation of SurfEars 4.0. While retaining full acoustic performance, this upgrade improves toughness and durability, ensuring a product that will last for a very long time.

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you've paid. If you pay via bank transfer or cash deposit you can send us proof of payment to speed up your delivery.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take up to 3 days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 5 days. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you wish to get a more exact estimate.
Deliveries are not insured so please request a quote if insurance is required.
We reserve the right to add a delivery charge should the product you ordered be of a high volumetric size or weight. This will be confirmed before despatch
LOCAL DELIVERY (Western Cape)
Shipping to Cape Town will be free of charge for all orders above R1000. Any orders below the minimum required value for Cape Town will incur a delivery charge of R100 upon checkout
NATIONAL DELIVERY (South Africa)
Shipping within South Africa to major centres will be free of charge for orders over R2000. Any orders below the minimum required value for other major centres will incur a delivery charge of R200 upon checkout.
Major centres include Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Kimberley, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth, East London and George.
Regional (+/- 100km from major centres) and Remote (greater than 200km for major centres) areas, out of the ordinary and volumetric based mass products may incur additional charges depending on the area – we will notify you of the applicable charges, should they apply to you.

Hey Ocean Trader, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us subject to the below terms. As we represent a diverse basket of Brands and products, the warranties and claim procedures may differ, but all will have the same goal… a happy Customer.
Ocean Trade Supplies will offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unridden or unworn and in the original packaging, all labels attached and in a resalable condition.

We will only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are returned to us within 7 days of receipt within the Republic of South Africa and 14 days of International receipt. Any items returned from a delivery address outside of the Republic of South Africa will incur the relevant taxes, import duties or shipping charges that apply.
